There are looking for a Regional New Business Development Manager to cover Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, Maryland, Delaware and Pennsylvania. Job DescriptionMeet or exceed annual budgeted new business development goals by building a robust pipeline of new customer opportunities and driving company sales and profitability thru regularly closing these new customer opportunitiesWork in a defined region with direct reporting to Vice President of Sales & MarketingFocus on new customer VMI Programs to original equipment manufacturers and assembly plantsBuild and maintain a pipeline of relevant account opportunities and keep them updated in the company CRM toolFollow a defined sales process and participate in all weekly, quarterly & annual sales calls / meetingsProvide relentless communication to internal and external stakeholders throughout the sales process RequirementsThe ideal candidate will have a 3+ years’ proven track record of fastener VMI program sales to OEM customersThe candidate will demonstrate exceptional skills in the following areas: Communications; Time management;  Presentation prep and delivery; Solution Selling; Project Management  Opportunity has a Base Salary + Commission, as well as travel & entertainment expenses, car allowance and benefits package Anyone wishing to explore this outstanding opportunity, please respond by emailing your resume as a Word attachment in the strictest of confidence to Stan Erman: serman@4whitetiger.com Report
