Now is your opportunity to join our world-class team as one of the fastest growing contract security companies in the country! The Special Response Officer (SRO) is a highly trained and skilled professional who is comfortable working in difficult operating conditions. Special Response Officers include current and former law enforcement officers and prior military personnel who are qualified to serve as tactical leaders of an emergency response operation. The senior member of an SRO team may act as an Incident Commander, with other members typically acting as supervisory personnel. The members of this group have to be able to operate in adverse conditions with no access to emergency services (911) for time periods ranging from days to weeks – potentially months within a widespread catastrophic event. Qualifications All applicants must meet the following minimum requirements:​ 21 years of age or older Legally authorized to work in the United States Demonstrate a stable work history Pass an extensive background screen which includes but is not limited to: criminal background checks (local, state and Federal), personal reference checks, work history and education verification Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test and any subsequent post employment random drug tests Complete all assigned pre-employment aptitude and skill assessments Successfully complete personality profile (behavioral assessment) Successful applicants will possess one (or more) of the following: A minimum of four years law enforcement experience Four years active duty military police service with honorable discharge Eight years military experience with a minimum of two years documented military connected security experience.
