Overview

The Front Door Manager ensures that all projects are analyzed upon submission to the Front Door, and manages work focusing on new project analysis and impact definition. This role manages all incoming projects (roughly one a day) projects sent from PMATT, PRISM, and directly from Account teams. He/she analyzes all available documentation prior to engaging the Strategic Services Product teams, and the Domain Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) assignment from Leadership. He/she coordinates with the Business Roadmap Manager(s) to ensure alignment and communicates all work. Works directly with Business leadership on standard and custom report generation. The Front Door Manager creates the initial and maintains entries in Clarity, the system of record for the portfolio of Business Digital Enterprise projects. Responsibilities Include: Analysis of initial project documentation, creates initial project entry in Clarity, and completes the initial impact assessment on a daily basis. Understands Conducts weekly Work-intake Meetings. Manages and trains on Clarity: field maintenance and updates, reporting, and training Coordinate with product managers, TSMs, Architects and Domain SMEs to complete an initial impact analysis for all BDE applications. They are expected to successfully manage multiple assignments concurrently within SLA’s for time and quality. They are responsible for tracking their work via Clarity and reporting out on their assigned projects, once assigned to work. Business PMO: Intake Analyst Activities: · Analyze Scope, Impact, and Requirements and perform Hyper-focus sessions · Work with Stakeholders on right-sizing Scope for Release · Reviewing artifacts with stakeholders · Manage communication of timelines, milestones, and artifacts with stakeholders · Communicate project status, across multi silos (TSM, Business, TechDev, IT PMO) · Works within multi processes (Agile -Waterfall – tProcess) and milestones for each · Inspect and provide feedback – efficacy of tasks/process throughout Intake · Manages timelines including hyperfocus process · Relays project risks, issues, concerns, and jeopardies to team members and leadership Business PMO: Intake Analyst works with: · BDE Operations, Governance, and Services teams · TSM and Client Sponsors. · PDBA, Front Door, BDE leadership Experience, Education & AccreditationsRequired · Technical Job Experience – Online, or Telco · College Degree BS or BAPreferred · Business Analyst Work Experience 2yrs+ · Complex Technical Project Management 2yrs+ · Technical Sales · College Degree MBA or MS · Professional: CSP, PMP, SCPO, CSM
