Outside Sales – Entry Level RSMTHE OPPORTUNITY Location– Dallas/Ft. In 2013, the metropolitan area led the nation with the largest year-over-year increase in employment and advanced to become the fourth-largest employment center in the nation.Position Summary:The Albrecht Group has partnered with a Growing Manufacturing Corporation located near Dallas/Ft. Worth, TX. They are looking for an Outside Sales – Entry Level RSM who will be leading the region’s growth initiatives while maintaining excellent communication with management and key stakeholders with a clear understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and competitive activities.  As an Outside Sales Trainee, you will enroll in our 12-18 month training program that will involve job shadowing with seasoned Regional Sales Managers as they visit clients and sell our GET products.Major Job Duties and Responsibilities (post training):·         Help develop and implement key initiatives to increase sales volume and market share in respective territory within the Mining and Construction markets.·         Continually evaluate and improve distribution within the territory by motivating and training dealer personnel at all levels about products, programs, and pricing (product demonstration, training seminars, & technical support).·         Cultivate and foster strong relationships with dealers and end user customers·         Working individually or through dealers to understand all sales opportunities in the territory and take positive action to capitalize on these.·         Direct dealer sales efforts by setting target goals for purchases, specific end users and specific products through the joint working plans.·         Introduce new products, new uses or applications and facilitate ideas for new product development or modification to current products.  Facilitate the testing and research of new products and conversions.·         Collect and communicate relevant market information on competitors’ products, pricing, & promotions, market dynamics, and machine population.·         Coordinate with Management to resolve issues with product warranty, inventory maintenance, payments and pricing issues within your scope of authority.·         Plan an itinerary and conduct Sales calls on a weekly basis and report activities in call reports.·         Attend and participate in sales meetings, conventions, trade shows and dealer schools as requested. Skills and Competencies: ·         Microsoft Office proficient·         Excellent written and oral communication skills, including presentations.·         Able to travel overnight 75%Education/Experience ·         Bachelor’s degree.·         0-3 years of Sales experience·         Self-starter and motivated·         Sales background and knowledge of construction equipment, a plus If interested, please send a Word resume to:[Click Here to Email Your Resumé] Attn: 16364(ROG-M)* Your resume will be held on a strictly confidential basis Outside Sales – Entry Level RSM
