Client Account Manager Position Type:               Full Time Location:                      Greenwood Village, CO  Description:                  Payroll Solutions company  is a rapidly growing Colorado based company providing outsourced payroll and human resource solutions to small and mid-sized businesses.  The company currently has an opening for the position of Client Account Specialist II.  The Client Account Specialist II is expected to:                                    ·         Service customers with integrity and quality ·         Ensure accurate and timely processing of client payrolls·         Interact with clients to research and resolve payroll and tax concerns ·         Provide software support and training to clients·         Input all payroll data necessary to process and meet client payroll schedules·         Contribute to the continual improvement of operational processes and policies·         Insuring adherence to payroll policies and procedures, including applicable Federal and State payroll laws·         Conduct and participate in periodic product training sessions ·         Keep current with payroll knowledge through continuing education and certification programs Qualifications:               Candidates for the Client Account Manager position should possess the following background and experience:                                    ·         Prior multi-state payroll experience (1 year +)·         CPP certification preferred·         Proven record of successful customer service experience·         Strong written and verbal communication skills·         Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills·         Mathematical aptitude·         Ability to work in a high volume, deadline driven environment Schedule:                     Full time.  Overtime as required
