Overview

Account Managers- Customer Service Representatives will be the point of contact for the customer throughout their moving services. You will notify customers of their pickup/delivery dates and any additional information pertaining to their move. You will also handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner. The customer will contact you directly with any questions or concerns they may have.  Must have excellent writing and communication skills.  RequirementsPrior experience in dealing with existing customers. Building a client relationship in customer retention and handling ongoing issues.
