Experis Engineering has an immediate opening for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will create inspection criteria, review drawings, and suggest measurement methods, support validations, route deviations and support product movement throughout the facility.The Quality Engineer will also have the opportunity to:Develop, modify, apply and maintain quality standards and protocol for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing functions to ensure quality standards are in place.Devise and implement methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.Design or specify inspection and testing mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.Ensure that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.May specialize in the areas of design, incoming material, production control, product evaluation and reliability, inventory control and/or research and development as they apply to product or process quality.Investigation of Field Actions, Non-Conformance Conditions, Product Field failures, Interface between Medtronic Manufacturing Site and SupplierThe ideal Quality Engineer will have:BS degree in Mechanical or Biologic Chemistry, Biomedical Engineering or related field.3-5 years of related experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical or medical device industry.Previous experience with customer complaints, root cause/failure investigations.Strong writing and verbal communication skills.Previous experience using TrackWise and SAPBesides gaining valuable experience with some of the most reputable organizations in the market, you’ll gain access to our comprehensive benefits package.We offer all the advantages you would expect from an industry leader – including a competitive salary, health, dental and vision insurance, paid holidays, training and more!We’ve got the right opportunity.
