Key Responsibilities:

SAP Business Analyst should have strong SAP Customer service/ Service Mgmt. knowledge. • Able to articulate solution options and using ERP configuration creatively versus developing enhancements. • Should have knowledge on interfaces, iDocs, workflows. • Would be useful to have Fiori skills as well. • Ability to problem solve and route cause a problem in your functional area. • Understand how your functional area impacts or is impacted by actions in downstream or upstream modules. • Ability to route cause ABAP is important in this role as well as basic development and transportation processes. • Prepare functional specifications for conversions and enhancements • Coordinate with development team and monitor the progress of developing activities and updating the status with respective teams • Coordinate with Super Users in resolving issues that arises during user training • Knowledge on Month-end & Year end activities • Knowledge of Service Now (Service Requests, Incident & Change Management Process)
